Karl Bollers created Mina Mongoose, not Ken Penders, Thank God. But unfortunately, he created Mina's non-canon daughter from an alternated future, Melody. Hopefully, they should bring Mina Mongoose back eventually to a completely different comic book that is not Archie or even IDW, if Karl Bollers will ever allowed it someday and have any intentions of reviving/rebooting Mina Mongoose.
